St Pius X was very pleased to welcome international singer, songwriter and performer, Andrew Chinn, to our school to run music workshops with all our classes.

The workshops culminated in Andrew leading a special Advent/Christmas Concert with our children!

Andrew’s songs, such as 'These Hands', 'Rainbow', 'An African Blessing' and 'Rise Up!' are used in classrooms and liturgies around Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. He has released 10 CDs, 5 DVDs and 5 picture books, which are used widely by teachers and catechists in the faith development of children.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 restrictions we were unable to hold our Christmas Concert at the school with invited parents, friends and other guests – so our students shared their workshops virtually with their families.
